Oct 27, 2023400 pounds of copper stolen from Delano - The Shenandoah Sentinel
DELANO – State troopers are seeking whoever made off with 400 pounds of copper from a plant in Delano Township.
Troopers said the theft happened at 78 Industrial Park Road in the MAJIC Industrial Park.
Various gauges of bare copper wire were swiped from a tool container at the rear of the property. The copper stolen was approximately 800 feet worth, weighting 400 pounds.
A Milwaukee M18 band saw was also swiped.
Troopers said the theft happened some time between Dec. 24 and Dec. 27.
